  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • We recommend booking your experience date as early as possible, as you can reserve up to 6 months in advance. Please note that experiences must be booked and completed before the expiration date of your voucher.

  • You can schedule an appointment using your pre-purchased voucher. If you have not yet purchased a voucher, you may do so using the Book and Pay Tab.

  • Please be aware that the Saturday Upgrade applies to certain third-party and weekday vouchers. All "Buy a Gift ," and "Red Letter Day," vouchers are valid for weekdays only and require an upgrade for Saturday bookings. If you possess a weekday voucher and wish to book for a weekend, you will need to purchase a Saturday Upgrade for £15, which must be resolved prior to your booking being accepted.
