Service Description
INFORMATION SHEET Now, you can experience piloting the real thing in truly immersive, scratch-built simulators, with a complete replica cockpits, fully functional controls and tactile feedback, surrounding you in the sights, sounds and feel of the iconic machine. Two people can enjoy this experience taking turns in flying our four different simulators, the Cessna 172, Boeing 737-800, Lynx Helicopter and finally the F35-B Lightning Jet. The day starts at 10h00 and finishes around 16h30 Arrive for morning coffee / tea and biscuits Beginning with a briefing of the Cessna 172 practicing level flying manoeuvres and landing. Then briefing on the Boeing 737 aircraft, then take off to the sky flying from a location of your choice. Pause for lunch and refreshments. Onto the Lynx for a briefing, then taking off at RAF Mildenhall or a have a flight around New York City. Pause for afternoon coffee / tea and biscuits The final briefing on the F35-B, departing from RAF Marham to Yarmouth, where you will find an aircraft carrier for your first landing. You will then depart the ship and return to base for the day's debrief and refreshments. Departing around 16:30 Limitations At Sim2do Flight Simulators, safety is our utmost priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that our customers meet the following restrictions: Maximum Weight 130kg Minimum Height 130cm Maximum Height 200cm Good eyesight No under 10 and under 16 to be accompanied by an adult. Physical Ability Getting in and out of the simulator is physically demanding and requires good mobility, balance and co-ordination. The rudder pedals controls are like real aircraft and need good leg strength to operate them. Please make sure the pilot is aware of these constraints before purchasing a voucher. The cockpit is not suitable for wheelchairs.
